(Spring rolls)

Material :-

* Maida – two tablespoons/ *cabbage – one cup finely chopped/ *cottage cheese – 100 grams of mashed/ *green chili – one finely chopped/ *ginger – one spoon grated/ *black pepper powder – one Spoon/ *Red Chili Powder – Half a teaspoon/ *Soya Sauce – One Teaspoon/ *Salt – As per taste/ *Oil – To roast….

 

Recipe :-

Add one and a half cups of water to the flour and make a thin batter. Cover the tiara solution for about an hour so that the flour flourishes. Now heat a tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add green chili, ginger, cabbage and paneer to it and roast for one minute. Then add black pepper, red chili, sausage and salt. Keep it to cool down. Heat the nonstick tava a small spoon of oil over it. Roll a cloth or napkin paper over the pan. This solution will not stick to the pan. When the griddle gets slightly hot, spread the flour mixture like a dosa. Apply oil on both sides and lightly lighten it. When it is light brown, put a little filler on it and fold two parts of the bread inwards. Then fold the remaining parts and roll them. Likewise prepare the roll. Apply them with Shallow fry or oil until golden…..
