Tawa Dosa

Recipe :-

Heat the oil in a pan on the gas. Now add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and mustard seeds, finely chopped onions and roast them well. Then add tomatoes and roast them well. Add salt, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder and mix well. Now add boiled potatoes which are cut into small pieces and mix well. Grind the cooked potatoes in it. Let it cook for a while. Our potato vegetable is ready.

Dosa Ingredients: –

* Rice – 2 cups / * Gram Dal – Half cup / * Salt as per taste

Recipe :-

Soak rice and gram lentils for 6/7 hours. Then grind it using the grinder. Do not allow the paste to be too thin. Now keep it covered for a while.

Method of preparation of Tawa Dosa: –

We will stir the dosa paste once and mix it well. Pre-heat the pan on the gases and grease it well. Reduce the flame of the gas. Now pour the dosa paste on the pan with the help of a kadashi and spread it well. When the upper part gets dry then apply a little ghee on it and flip it over and cook the second part. Now turn it again and put potato vegetable in the middle and cover it from both the sides. Our crispy dosa is ready. Serve it with chutney or vegetable.
