(Veg Bread Rolls)

Material :-

*Bread slices – 2/ *carrots – one finely chopped/ *green peas – 2 tbsp/ *green beans – 4 finely chopped/ *onions – 2 tbsp finely chopped/ *ginger paste – half tsp/ *garlic Paste – half teaspoon/ * cumin – one pinch/ *turmeric powder – one pinch/ *red chili powder – half teaspoon/ *coriander powder – one teaspoon/ *garam masala – one pinch / * link address – 5 / * Coriander – 1 tbsp / * oil – to roast.

 

Recipe :-

Heat two teaspoons of oil in the pan and temper the cumin and hard addresses. Then put onion, ginger and garlic paste and roast it till the onion becomes soft. After roasting, add carrots, peas, legumes and salt and roast them till they become soft. Then add coriander powder, Turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala to the mixture and fry for a few minutes. Mix chopped coriander and take it off the flame.

Now remove the edges of the bread slices and roll them lightly with a rolling pin, keep the vegetable mixture in the middle and roll the bread. Apply water on their edges and close it from all sides. Bake or shallow fry them by applying oil in a hot pan …………
