*Boiled Eggs – 6 to 7/ *Tomatoes – 2/ *Green Onions – Chopped/ *Onions – 2/ *Garlic – 7 to 8 Pieces/ *Salt – As per taste/ *Turmeric – One Teaspoon/ *Red Chili – One teaspoon/ *garam masala – one teaspoon/ *proof coriander – one teaspoon/ *cumin – one teaspoon/ *oil – 3 tablespoons/ *water ….
First, grind the onion and garlic and make a paste. After that put tomatoes in the grinder and make a paste. Now heat oil in a pan. After heating, add coriander and cumin in it. After roasting both, add onion and garlic paste to the pan and roast it well. After roasting, add green chopped onion and mix it well. Then mix all the spices in it and cook it well.
After the spices mix well, add a little water to the tomato paste and cook it well. Allow the mixture to cook for a while. Then put boiled eggs in it, before laying the eggs, whip the eggs with a sharp thing so that the mixture mixes well in the eggs. Now cover the mixture and eggs and let it cook for a while.
