Kashmiri Egg Curry

Material :-

*Eggs – 6 to 7/ *Onions – 2 finely chopped/ *Humid – two spoons finely chopped/ *Garlic – 6 to 7 pieces/ *Green onions – one bowl finely chopped/ *Tomatoes – two grinned/ *Ghee – Two tablespoons/ *Mustard oil – 3 tablespoons/ *Proof coriander – One teaspoon/ *Cumin – One teaspoon/ *Salt – As per taste/ *Garam masala – One teaspoon/ *Red chili – One teaspoon/ *Turmeric – one teaspoon/ *water ……


Recipe :-

First of all we will take a pot and put eggs in it. Add salt to it and whisk well to make a batter. Now we will heat the pan on gas and after heating it will pour egg solution with ghee. We will make omelette for this. After cooking, we will roll it and leave it on the pan. Now we will make second omelette and roll it with the first omelette. After rolling, we will cook it from the top down. Now we will cut our rolls into pieces with the help of a knife.

Now we’ll put the pan on the gas and put mustard oil in it. When the oil is hot, add coriander, cumin and garlic and cook it. Then add onion, ginger, green onion and cook it well. After cooking, add spices and cook. Then add tomato paste to it and cook the mixture well. Now add half a glass of water to it and mix it and mix your omelette pieces in it and mix it well. Now mix one to one and a half glasses of water and cover it and let it cook. After cooking your Kashmiri egg curry is ready. Serve it with rice …..
