(Spicy Potato Curry)

Material :- 

* Potatoes – 3 medium sized chopped/ *Onion – 2 finely chopped/ *Garlic – 8 pieces/ *Ginger – One spoon finely chopped/ *Hard leaves – 8/ *Whole red chilies – 4/

*Red chili powder – a spoon/ *Salt – As per taste/ *Cumin – One teaspoon/ *Coriander – One teaspoon/ *Fenugreek – 2 spoons/ *Gram flour – One bowl/ *Curd (for making gluten) – 500 grams/

*Oil – Two tablespoons/ *Hot Masala – a spoon….

 

Recipe :-

First of all add some water in curd and add gram flour and whisk it well.

Heat oil in a pan. Now first of all, we will add Fenugreek , cumin and coriander, then we will add dried whole red chilies and fry it. Then add garlic, onion and ginger in it and roast it well. Lastly, we’ll add curry leaves and fry our mixture for one minute.

Now we will add salt in it, red chilies, garam masala and turmeric, and mix it well in the mixture. Now we’ll put chopped potatoes in it and let it cook for a while. When our potatoes are melted, then we will mix the mixture of curd (lassi) and Gram Flour and keep stirring with the help of a spoon until it comes to a boil. After boiling, we will cook the curry for 15 minutes more. Our Spicy Potato Curry now ready……
